Well, I promise I'm not dead! Lots has been happening since my last journal back in December.

The most exciting (to me anyway) is that I have a boyfriend! He's totally amazing and is completely perfect for me. I'm sure some of you are just about sick of hearing about him too. The last two photos I submitted, Soul and Nathan, are of him.

- I got a cat. He's crazy. Those that follow me on Facebook have seen photos of him. (If you have a Facebook, feel free to add me, by the way -- Cindy Matthijetz!)
- I have one week left of my summer school classes. I graduate in December. I get my Aggie ring in September.
- Freckles, my old man, died in June.
- Pecos is doing very well. I'm riding him every chance I get and he's taking everything I throw at him in stride. I'll try to upload a few photos of a friend of mine riding him.
- Bandit is fine, but she misses Freckles. She's staying with my parents while I'm in school.
- Doug (the dog) started having seizures a few months ago and after what seemed like a complete recovery, passed away a week or so ago.
- My rodeo producer moved to Louisiana, so I haven't shot any rodeos this summer. In fact, I haven't shot much at all this summer.
- A friend of mine got a new horse, a 5 y/o bay gelding named Hickory Dickory Dawn that I'll post photos of soon.
