I'm still alive. It's been a busy last few weeks. I started summer school on June 2 - chemistry. After I finish it, I'll officially be classified as a Senior at Texas A&M University. It's just sucking up all my free time right now.

Pecos got a new halter, lead rope, bridle and bit (still a dog bone snaffle, just not as fancy), and I have yet to get all of his new tack on him at once. When I do, I'll share photos.

Homecoming (Fire Department Function) was last weekend. Cut up 21 onions and 16 (big) bell peppers all by myself. Only cut myself once too. Ended up being called back up to help the BBQ crew Saturday night - worked my rear off until 3 am, went home, and got a wake-up call at 7:30 - grand total of 4 hours of sleep. Worked my shift (and more), and then left to shoot a rodeo. Photos are on my website - [link] - if you really want to see them. (Some are pretty good, if I do say so myself!) Came home, did homework, went the bed, and got up at 6 the next morning to go to class.

Last night I had a date. It was nice. So I'll probably have even less free time now, since I'll more than likely be in La Grange a lot more. Or in a pasture in a big GMC truck fishing. You never know.
